Barb is the ONLY reason I still went to this dealership. Found out today she no longer works there as of this past weekend! Not sure what happened but assumed not good. I’ve had two separate warranty repairs on my vehicle over the past two years, and both experiences were frustrating. Each time, it took over 8 months to get the repairs completed, and I had to escalate the i the past two years, and both experiences were frustrating. Each time, it took over 8 months to get the repairs completed, and I had to escalate the issue to the service manager both times. The service advisor failed to return my calls and messages (around 10 calls each time over the 8-month periods), forcing me to visit the dealership in person to get updates. On one occasion, after speaking with the service advisor in person, she told me the parts were available, and we could schedule the repair. However, when we called to schedule and plan for how long the repairs would take, they couldn’t give us a clear timeline. After making alternative driving arrangements for multiple days, I was later informed that the parts were no longer in stock and on national backorder. While the parts department was very helpful (they deserve 5 stars), the lack of communication and poor customer service from the service advisor was extremely disappointing. Once the vehicle was finally in for repairs, the work was completed promptly, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. More

Hope the service gets better. I had an appointment at 9am. And never took my car until 9:35am. Just need to get better at staying on schedule.
