There are many words people use to describe car buying experiences at dealerships; relaxed, pleasant and honest are rarely at the top of the list, but they would be the three words I would use to describe experiences at dealerships; relaxed, pleasant and honest are rarely at the top of the list, but they would be the three words I would use to describe our experience at Gale Toyota. There were no prolonged trips to the sales manager, no high pressure sales tactics, just a good old-fashioned straight forward conversation. We had the pleasure of working with Barbara, and from my first conversation with her over the phone to when we were finally handed the keys to our car she always had a smile on her face and had us cracking up multiple times during the buying process. Barbara listened to what we wanted, and had the car we were interested in ready for us to look at when we arrived. She didn’t try to get us into a different vehicle from the one we were interested in, and we never felt like we were under any pressure to buy a car. Gale Toyota was a welcomed change from the super-sterile and slick and fancy dealerships that are pitching you why they are the best before you’ve even had a chance to take your first breath. First and foremost, at Gale Toyota we were treated with respect, and the experience and process was all about what we wanted, not about how long that particular dealership had been open or who’s purchased cars from them in the past. We drove past a number of other Toyota dealers to get to Gale Toyota and I can without a doubt state that I am glad that we did and would absolutely look to Gale Toyota again for my next Toyota. More
