Toyota Recall I called a couple days before my visit and scheduled an appointment, Patrick helped me get a later appointment since I didn't get off work until 4:30. I called a couple days before my visit and scheduled an appointment, Patrick helped me get a later appointment since I didn't get off work until 4:30. Once I arrived Barry took car of getting my vehicle checked in and taking care of the recall issue. He estimated around an hour for the job to be completed and it didn't take no longer than estimated. He went over everything before I left and made sure if I had any other issues to let him know. More

Great service always! Were able to repair the leak in my sunroof, good price, great service. Barry was very helpful and easy to work with. It took a bit longer than I exp Were able to repair the leak in my sunroof, good price, great service. Barry was very helpful and easy to work with. It took a bit longer than I expected, but I only went in for an oil change and they worked me in for the sunroof repair. Also let me know of needed replacement of brakes and tires, although I didn't have time to deal with that. More

Informative and efficient The service was great. I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil and filter change. After getting my car on the rack it was brought to my attention The service was great. I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil and filter change. After getting my car on the rack it was brought to my attention that I needed new tires. I knew that it was almost time to purchase new tires but I didn't realize how bad they were. The Michelin tires that I wanted were in stock and the technician was able to install the tires in a timely manner. Barry kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. More

The coffee was terrible - despite the fact that it was "free". This site is not very user friendly. More

Service is wonderful, Rental leaves something to be desired Almost every experience I have had with this dealer has been wonderful; however, one was very much not back in January. I had to call in a claim with Almost every experience I have had with this dealer has been wonderful; however, one was very much not back in January. I had to call in a claim with the warranty I bought with my Tacoma as the fuel pump decided to give out. I rented a Corolla from them for the maybe two days it took them to do the repair. I barely drove the rental fearing all the horror stories I've ever heard about car rentals and returns being a reason to rake you across the coals and steal money from you. All my experiences with this dealer told me I had nothing to worry about; however, when I brought that car back -- in flawless condition, having only put about 85-100 miles on it in the entire time i had it, most of which was a trip to work and back -- they went to "inspect" it. I should have had the red flag at this point and gone with the inspector to watch him but a smudge appeared on the door frame and he claimed I was smoking in it. Hard to do, since I wasn't smoking but hey why let a little thing like a fact hold you down. We had a very straightforward disagreement, he appeared to be bristling at me. I told him there was zero chance he would get that money from my credit card, including charge back or if that failed legal action. He then proceeded to put me -- someone who's bought 2 cars there already -- on the 'bad list' so I could no longer rent anything and told me he was doing this in lieu of this "fee", which of course was not deserved since I followed every part of the agreement to the letter. I walked away since further escalation would have likely resulted in something like police being called and no one needs that kind of extra hassle, and I wrote an e-mail to the principal owner which was rejected by their e-mail server for some reason, so I forwarded it to the Office manager and Human Resources managers listed on the site at the time, noting that I could not find this manager's picture on the site but described him to them. I never received a response. This was in early January of 2017. It looks like they've named someone who was just an agent then as the manager now, so maybe they did something but if they did I never got any kind of reply. So.. in short to put an end to what probably seems like a bit of rambling. Service is great, all the people there are wonderful. The salespeople have been fair with me over the years, but at the very least either stay FAR away from the rental area, or be very careful as they seem to have(or had) at least some unscrupulous folks working in that group. More

Always excellent! I bought my Highlander in 2011, and Toyota of Knoxville helps me keep it running like a top! I have never had a negative experience dealing with anyone at this dealership; from the collision specialist who took care of my car three months after I bought it ( a new driver hit me! ) to routine maintenance and a recall, all are well-traine and highly qualified to assist you.
