They were patient and informative; really took the time to figure out what we wanted. We decided on a vehicle and were sent to sign papers. After dealing with their finance department, we nearly walked away entirely due to the HORRIFIC treatment. We have great credit, so getting a loan wasn't the issue. It happened the second we declined the additional warranty. Chase, the finance guy, became argumentative and outright rude. He started muttering things under his breath and actually said, "well don't come back pissed at me when something goes wrong." Seriously, this guy should not have a job. He tried to rush us through signing without letting us read the paperwork. When we were apparently taking too long for his liking, he became condescending and asked what was so difficult. I give the dealership five stars all day, but their finance guy gets zero. More

Skillman won me over! I came into Skillman to look at a couple of vehicles I saw online. I met Kohlin who showed me those vehicles plus another that wasn't online. I bought I came into Skillman to look at a couple of vehicles I saw online. I met Kohlin who showed me those vehicles plus another that wasn't online. I bought that other vehicle. Hats off to Kohlin who knew what I wanted and was easy to work with. He handed me off to Doug who handled my financing. Barry showed me all the features and electronics of my vehicle before I drove it away. No high pressure tactics at any point. I feel completely satisfied. And as I told Barry before I left "I hope I never see them again" meaning I think I bought a really great vehicle that never needs a return visit to Skillman until a regular service visit. I will definitely go back to Skillman when I purchase my next vehicle. I was also surprised to see they have a buy-here-pay-here lot at Southside Kia which wasn't for me but might be for someone else so they literally have something for everyone! More

Exceptional experience! Barry and Kohlin were excellent to work with. Barry took a lot of time to make sure that I had the right vehicle for my needs. We went on 4 different Barry and Kohlin were excellent to work with. Barry took a lot of time to make sure that I had the right vehicle for my needs. We went on 4 different test drives to find the right vehicle. Kohlin was great in that he was able to locate the perfect car at another dealership. I ended up choosing a 2019 Forte FE with a manual transmission. Josh was able to run a credit check to make sure that I could secure a loan for the vehicle, and Chase did a wonderful job of walking me through the financing options. Finally I ended with Ashley who was able to help me get insurance on the car and even pointed out a discrepancy in my driving history that was making my insurance higher than it should be. All in all it was a great buying experience. I didn’t feel pressured at all and instead I felt informed enough to make the decision of buying my first brand new car. Thank you everyone for making this such an easy process. More
