Purchase of used vehicle I went to this dealership already approved for the loan but no one was sure of who USAA was or what the form was that I provided them showing them I w I went to this dealership already approved for the loan but no one was sure of who USAA was or what the form was that I provided them showing them I was already approved. They insisted they needed to run my credit and had me feel our application for credit which was not needed. I also asked the salesman if the car came with warranty and was informed it had manufacturers warranty only to get to financing and be told the warranty was practically gone and I had to purchase one. They were also adding on fees for wheel locks (the vehicle didn’t have wheel locks) and misc fees ( they said this was standard on every sale to recoup cost for cleaning/oil changes, etc) that they did to prep it for sale. (This should have been reflected in the sticker price not added on). This was a horrible car buying experience and I will not use Boch again I should have returned to Copeland where the experience was great with no hidden cost. I was only using this dealership as they were a preferred dealership by USAA and was supposed to get a discount (off they don’t even know who USAA is). Beware of this dealership and their add on fees to the cost of the vehicle. More
