Follow up was made via my e-mail contact, Sam Burgos; Sam was attentive, prompt, and responsive to my various questions; On the scheduled day, "Black Friday," I was introduced to Barry R., who made me feel at home, as if I were visiting an old friend. Barry asked the appropriate wants/needs/financials, etc. An auto was selected but it was absent a few options I desired; Barry checked the inventory, but was unable to locate the perfect color in their lot, but found one at a competitor's dealership; Prices of the vehicle / trade-in values were exchanged and with Barry's help as liaison, a deal was facilitated. I couldn't have been more pleased in this particular auto buying experience, whereas other experiences in trying to buy a car is a nightmare. Barry, on delivery, repeatedly thanked me for the business, but in reality, Barry, I thank you for a painless, trouble-free, experience. I met with Derrick, who finished the purchase processed for me. Again, an easy process; although other products were presented, it never felt as if it were a "high pressure" sales. Conclusively, I highly recommend this dealership (Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, etc.); the process was easy and I look forward to doing business with them again when my wife is ready to trade-in her vehicle. I was in the market to replace my 2005 Grand Cherokee with either another Grand Cherokee, or Wrangler. Barry was very knowledgeable when it came to each vehicle we looked at and was able to address any questions or concerns that I had. Once, I decided on a vehicle, it was easy to work with Barry to determine a fair price for both of us. Before walking into dealership I had already done research on the vehicle, so I knew after discussing prices with Barry he was being straightforward and honest. I really couldn't have asked for more. Originally, I did not plan on trading in my vehicle, but circumstances changed abruptly and I was also given a very fair price for me trade-in also. After all of the details were ironed out, we made a deal the same day. Unfortunately, it was too late in the day to take delivery of the vehicle, but it was ready early the next day. Barry made it a point to take his time and go over each detail of the vehicle before I officially left with it. Overall, Barry was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Barry to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Sam Burgess answered many of our questions and was always courteous and prompt with replies. The inquiries were turned over to Barry Rosenwasser and we continued to be impressed with the service being provided "long distance" to us, complete strangers. We concluded the negotiations via telephone and were promptly notified when the vehicle was located and prepared for us to pick up. Needless to say the in person pick up was flawlessly executed by Barry & Eric and due to our first contact with Sam, I asked to meet him to thank him for his job well done. We would not hesitate to recommend Rockland CJD to any of our friends and family because of our stellar experience. More
