On my second visit, I dropped in unannounced when he wasn't working and Derrick Brickhouse assisted my wife and I. Derrick was also exceptional, and made it clear that they are all a big team. I made a deposit with Derrick, and returned to Barry a few days later for the final purchase. At delivery, our final step was to meet with Jay Murali. We paid cash for the vehicle (the price was set via a Chrysler affiiate program with no negotiation needed), but he was very intent in pushing us into an extended warranty and/or extra service. He was professional, but a bit pushy for my taste. Overall, I would return again. More

He was knowledgeable, personable and shared our passion for Jeeps making the whole process a fun and pleasant (no haggle) car buying experience. Jay Murali went out of his way to get us several options for financing so that the rate and terms were exactly what we wanted. He also presented but did not push possible "dealer add-ons" so we could make our choices without feeling pressure. Because the staff was NOT pushy we were more willing to consider purchasing some. We are looking forward to a continuing relationship with Barry and the service dept. More

Barry Rosenwasser the sales associate was very friendly and professional. Their finance manager Dante was also very professional and friendly. We struck a fair deal for my trade and on the price of the car within an hour. Dante also was able to secure loan rates that were very competitive. When I went to pick up the car the process was very organized. Barry gave me a detailed overview of the vehicle explaining all of the features which were extensive on the Touring - L. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience with Barry. The only thing I'm dissatisfied in general with all dealerships is the markup they attempt on extended warranties. I was able to secure the same Chrysler warranty online for 50% of the price offered after I returned home with the vehicle More
