We worked with bart and he tried his hardest to get us the van we wanted, they let us drive 3 lot vehicles during our process of buying cause the van We worked with bart and he tried his hardest to get us the van we wanted, they let us drive 3 lot vehicles during our process of buying cause the van we were gonna buy came back with title issues from previous owner but then he was able to work magic and get us in newer, 100,000 miles less, and still everything we wanted for same monthly payment as first van!!! V.I.P. treatment and a beautiful new car! I had been going to the dealership for years for service on my previous 2006 Chrysler 300c. I had always had a good experience and I never felt li I had been going to the dealership for years for service on my previous 2006 Chrysler 300c. I had always had a good experience and I never felt like I was getting the run-around or being treated unfairly. This made me decide that when looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot and see if they were as easy to work with for a large purchase as they were for maintenance work. My fiance and I went in to the dealership with just the initial new buying car question and were never pressured to put anything in writing or commit to anything, they just gave us the information we wanted and answered all our questions. We bounced around to several dealerships in the area looking at many different luxury cars but we kept coming back to Baraboo Motors because we felt like we mattered, unlike many other dealers who just wanted our money. We finally bought the car, and it was all a new process for me but they walked me through every small step without making me feel out of place. When we were unable to find exactly what I wanted for a car they walked us through building a brand new 2019 Chrysler 300s from the ground up and we got EXACTLY what we wanted. When the car finally came in a few weeks later they called me as soon as the semi pulled into the lot to unload it and we set up a time to pick it up. All the paperwork was a breeze as they had specialized people ready and waiting for us and made us feel very well taken care of, almost like "V.I.P.'s" and before we knew it we were driving our beautiful new car home feeling very satisfied getting the best deal possible and a great experience to go along with it. We will absolutely be going back for continued maintenance and any other needs we have, as we have always had a great experience. Thank you Baraboo Motors More
