The car buying experience was good. There we a few frustrating things however; when it came to the financing part, the guy who handles the financing was too aggressive on trying to sell There we a few frustrating things however; when it came to the financing part, the guy who handles the financing was too aggressive on trying to sell us an extended warranty. It’s like he wouldn’t take no for an answer. He honestly was a little too aggressive, and very undermining and even told my husband “you think you’re good enough to fix certain things of a car.” my husband‘s an electrical engineer, and works with people who have literally made car electronic systems. That was the only bad thing of our experience. He was way too aggressive and wouldn’t listen until we literally flat out told him no and to stop trying to sell it to us. We love our new car. We wish they would’ve done a better job detailing the inside. It looks like they didn’t even take a vacuum or rag to the inside it once we bought it, and they forgot to fill up the tank, like Barton said they would, but that’s not on him. That’s on the mechanics who handle that aspect of the sale….So we didn’t get our full tank of gas like being assured we would. But other than that we are pleased with Echo Park. We have bought both of our cars there, and we probably will be back to buy another one, but really hope that they will fix their approach to selling a car extended warranty and making sure if A sales person says they’re going to do something to make sure that they follow through with it. Barton was very good though, he was patient with us and really took into account what we were looking for. He was super patient with her two daughters, one being a seven-month-old being in the dealership. We really do appreciate that! Thank you Echo for getting us a great new car! More
