Amazing dealership. I had a fantastic salesperson Baylor who worked with me via emails. I finally saw a Camry that I liked and put down a deposit. I bought a brand new Highlander here last week and we are from Massachusetts. They had us fill out a Mass RMV form to get the SUV registered and he said they will get it sent off to the RMV and now it has be from Massachusetts. They had us fill out a Mass RMV form to get the SUV registered and he said they will get it sent off to the RMV and now it has been 6 days and I called them because I hadn't heard and they said they had just sent the form I had filled out the week prior to my home address so I could bring it to the RMV to get it registered! Now they are trying to say they never register cars in Mass and that I misunderstood. They won't take responsibility and won't do anything to make it right. The car dealer Baylor had no idea what he was doing. Why wouldn't they have given me the paperwork to get it registered the day I bought it? Now I can't drive my new SUV until the paperwork arrives and I have time to go to the registry. I will have to take another day off work. Terrible service!!! More

I went to McGee to get my Tacoma hydraulic clutch repaired. It took over 1 1/2 hours and over $130 to get a diagnosis and I never spoke with the mechanic who did the work. I was told by a very well d repaired. It took over 1 1/2 hours and over $130 to get a diagnosis and I never spoke with the mechanic who did the work. I was told by a very well dressed, very polite but uninformed young man that he didn't know if they could get the parts. While there, I looked at a new Tacoma and met salesman Baylor who impressed me. I gave him my info and asked that 'HE' contact me if any appropriate trucks became available. Since then I've received 2 phone calls from a woman who told my wife that she would send me an email that I haven't received. I've found the new service department frustrating, very expensive and I miss the in person visits with Johnny Aremburg. More
