You should maybe offer a discount to customers once they have hit a spending level. And while my Taurus was there I wanted pricing to have a dent removed and someone to check a rust spot on my door. I shouldn't have to make a second appointment or drive to the new facility. It would be nice if you offered the body shop techs to price requests out while the car is already there. More
