Smedley’s repairs were temporary. The SUV is failing again after less than a week out of the shop. From what I can tell after just a couple days, the repairs were completed satisfactorily. The only issue I have is I asked the Service Consultant twice to fill the tires with air as they were low [whe repairs were completed satisfactorily. The only issue I have is I asked the Service Consultant twice to fill the tires with air as they were low [when I brought it in for oil change and tire rotation as well as when I brought it back for the warranty repair work because it was not done when I brought it in for the oil change/tire rotation] and it still wasn’t done after the second time it was brought in. This should have been a standard practice when doing oil change / tire rotation. All other service providers do this as standard practice, but even after asking twice at Smedley’s it was not done. Reps are always nice however, I did not like we had to pay 65.00 for a valve stem, to turn around 5 mins later and pay 300.00 for a tire. I wish the suggestion was to buy a new tire and they did not kno pay 65.00 for a valve stem, to turn around 5 mins later and pay 300.00 for a tire. I wish the suggestion was to buy a new tire and they did not know why the tire was not holding air. Would not have spent an extra 60.00. They told me tire appeared to be fix for me to drove 20 feet and it was not. At least could have offered to credit the 60.00 towards the new tire. More

They said they'd call in 3 days with an initial estimate. They never called. I had to call them on day 5. They kept my car for an additional 3 weeks without any repairs. Then when i came to pick it up after they refused to do the job, they gave it back to me with a flat tire. More

Sales manager did not introduce himself and was not very friendly. Dennis Bingham the salesman did a great job.
