Overall, was a great deal. However, they originally ran the wrong numbers, salesman couldn’t tell us what the total amount financed and interest rate was, and then was pushing However, they originally ran the wrong numbers, salesman couldn’t tell us what the total amount financed and interest rate was, and then was pushing to blindly sign on a car payment that was greater than $50 more than the car payment amount that it should have been for the total amount financed. On top of this, we set up an appointment and were made to wait around 1.5 hours until the salesman was finished working another deal. Mind you, they had taken the keys to our car to appraise it for 1.5 hours … even though it was a decent deal on the trade in and car purchased, I probably wouldn’t choose to go back. More

My Trail Boss was throwing Codes and losing power - I took it to Mark Wahlberg Chevy in Columbus and they were not friendly, knowledgeable , and quite frankly (didn’t seem to care) So I took called Sme took it to Mark Wahlberg Chevy in Columbus and they were not friendly, knowledgeable , and quite frankly (didn’t seem to care) So I took called Smedley’s in Vandalia and they were positive from the 1st call- They got my truck right in the next day (easy drop the night before) They called that morning and Nolan explained the estimate - I accepted the repairs and the very next day I had my Truck I even stated I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Friday (which my wife was able to ) and they parked it in a safe area behind the building Over All A+ Experience and I now have my Preferred Service Dept for my Truck Thanks to Everyone at Smedley’s More
