James was so helpful in finding time the right car and made me feel as though I was family. We agreed on a time, and upon arrival, we started discussing my preferences and options. She had one already in mind, so I test drove it, while she inspected my trade. We started the paperwork and negotiations as soon as we returned. The 2018 Premium, has such desired pleasant road noise reduction compared to my 2012 X, not to mention so many extras. The whole trade in/new purchase process went quite friendly, professional, and timely. We worked out a good trade in price and new purchase price, leaving me feeling that we had made a fair deal with minimal stress. Myself and my two girls, left eager to take our first adventure the following day to Seattle, which was such a nicer drive in our new car. We then when camping that same weekend. What a great start with our new ride! This is my fourth car purchased from this dealership in the past 25 years, but this is the first NEW car. More

He also noticed that the vehicle I'd come in on had badly worn tires, and said, "Even if you don't buy from us today, please don't drive home on these. Promise you'll go buy new tires IMMEDIATELY." I appreciated that he didn't try to turn that into a sales tactic, and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing as a person and not just as a potential sale.
