The torque converter on my new CR-V was defective. Trevor isolated the problem and Beka was in contact with Honda in California to expedite the correction. A few days later and a bolt from the suspe Trevor isolated the problem and Beka was in contact with Honda in California to expedite the correction. A few days later and a bolt from the suspension system came loose. When i contacted Customer Service on the phone, the outsourced call group was terrible. I mentioned this to Beka. the Service Mansger. and she gave me her direct line.The bolt issue also was corrected and they calmed a very stressful situation. My salesman, Frank, was incredibly helpful in all aspects of my purchase and problem resolution. More
