A Miracle I have been struggling to find a truck within my budget and yes, I could get a car but I feel like my kid is safer in something that is higher. I have been going through alot in life like everyone else. One day I looked up tahoes on Google and Alfa Romeo popped up. Nicole "my sales rep", is amazing and helped me every step of the way. I am now proud to say that I have my truck and the confidence to drive again. This dealership is wonderful, caring, professional and outstanding. I recommend going here before anywhere else. More

Relaxing experience buying a great car I am a second-time Fiat 500 owner going from a 2012 Pop to a 2013 Abarth. I had decided to step up for the turbocharger, heated seats, beats audio and I am a second-time Fiat 500 owner going from a 2012 Pop to a 2013 Abarth. I had decided to step up for the turbocharger, heated seats, beats audio and overall more premium feel of the car. I worked with my sales rep Brenden who was very friendly and professional and covered the features of the car and what came with it. He showed me the Carfax and what came with the car from the factory covering all the bases. Since it was not present when I showed up we looked at the 124 on the lot as they share an engine. We talked with David and he set me up with a test drive of the 124 to get a feel of the performance. I liked the feel of the interior and from the many pictures he was able to show me of the Abarth we moved forward with the deal. Brenden and Ben worked with me to complete the paperwork and Ben covered all of the optional warranty items and protection packages. One of my sticking points was that I had to get the lifetime warranty if I chose to go with the Abarth as I didn't want to have to hunt down electrical gremlins or fix a broken sunroof. He gave me some first-hand experience cases from some of the warranty and protection items to step me through how they worked and after looking at my options and pricing things out we went with just the Lifetime Factory Warranty. After sleeping on it however I reconsidered and spoke to Ben who was able to get me setup with the Auto Care package as well. The replacement for a lost key and especially the refinish/replace of a bent wheel are all but mandatory in MN. I also spoke with David and I let him know I was thinking about trading in my Pop. He reviewed my car and made a fair trade-in offer. I haven't decided if I will trade-in or not yet but David let me know my options and that the offer stands if I choose to return and trade-in the car. It's been so reliable I may try to keep it in the family. Overall the whole experience was a low stress and laid back shopping experience. Exactly what I was looking for over the President's day weekend. More
