This dealership is nothing but a lemon lot! Absolute bulls**t!! They don't honor anything they put on papper! Also, The matinence department is an absolute joke!! They couldn't fix a peanut butter and jelly sandwich if their lives depended on it! I'm literally keeping track of everything that is wrong with my truck that lying b**ch sold me. I'm one issue away from it being labeled a lemon by the state of Missouri. They knew this truck wasn't road worthy but still sold it after slapping a few "bandaids" on it. I don't think they understand what kind of financial troubles go on when the vehicles they sell, go right to s**t after a few months. Not even close to joking but, I got laid off because I couldn't make it in to work due to this pile of sh.....this truck, being a lemon!!!!!! Also, I NEVVVVER pull the injured veteran card but, if it wasn't for the injuries I took in combat, that the government pays me for, I would be on the streets because this truck is always needing work done on it and can't get me back and forth to work to make any money!! Unfu**ing real, man... Here are a few things wrong with this pile of f***.... The fule pump sensor The fule pump itself Brakes Ball joints on both sides Tie rods on both sides (Oh, the right side on the frontend broke on my way to work (that cost me my job) but they put a bandaid on it and it's still making noise and feeling weird) Pretty much the entire frontend is shot Broken exhaust pipe Bad tires from the frontend being outta wack. Electrical issues like the screen going out once in a while The dash not working Transmission issues like when I put it in reverse, there's a very loud knock once in a while. Put in drive, there's a small bang every now and then.... I mean, I could go on and on with this pile of junk. But what really fries my a$$ is the way I'm treated when I go....WENT up there for service they said I'd get before I signed the contract. The matinence guys are an absolute joke and know nothing about mechanical work! They DO NOT take care of the customer when they know they sold a f**king lemon!!!! Do they treat ALL combat vets like this??? It's really bad when they hide behind some horse s**t ad about how they love vets but turn around a sell us and others, junk. They don't give a xxxx about us. As long as they make that money, that's all that matters, right? Unreal and I'm done with these xxxxxxxx. More

I had an appointment at 5;00 pm and arrived early and they were able to get me in in and out. All personal were friendly and explained what they were going to do and what need to be done. The waiting are they were able to get me in in and out. All personal were friendly and explained what they were going to do and what need to be done. The waiting area is close to the service area and comfortable. This was a good experience. More

Dealership staff was professional, helpful and focused on customer satisfaction. I have been going to this dealership for service on my 2002 Tundra for 22 years. I took my 2021 Toyota Highlander in for its normal service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front r service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front rotors was bad due to hard breaking and riding my break. Which I do not do either. I car was at 24772 on miles and 27 months. The dealership was not offering any help. I sent an email to Mike Pappas without any acknowledgement. I the called the Toyota hot line and set up a COMPLANT. They agreed with me that it was interesting, that the dealership just inspected the car, and everything appeared to be ok. How did the rotor go bad in two weeks. Toyota corp. is going to reimburse me for the entire cost. This is my 2nd lease and maybe my last due to not feeling the dealership was going to offer and assistance. More
