I had an appointment at 5;00 pm and arrived early and they were able to get me in in and out. All personal were friendly and explained what they were going to do and what need to be done. I took my 2021 Toyota Highlander in for its normal service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front r service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front rotors was bad due to hard breaking and riding my break. Which I do not do either. I car was at 24772 on miles and 27 months. The dealership was not offering any help. I sent an email to Mike Pappas without any acknowledgement. I the called the Toyota hot line and set up a COMPLANT. They agreed with me that it was interesting, that the dealership just inspected the car, and everything appeared to be ok. How did the rotor go bad in two weeks. Toyota corp. is going to reimburse me for the entire cost. This is my 2nd lease and maybe my last due to not feeling the dealership was going to offer and assistance. More
