I saw a beautiful orange RC 300 in the parking lot at Lexus of Milwaukee and pulled over with my husband and sick sleeping kid in the car. Ben came out shortly thereafter to answer questions and let me test drive it. He was courteous, upbeat, professional and knowledgeable. I loved the car but wanted to get my child home to rest. Ben and I continued the business end of the car buying experience remotely - via text and chatting over the phone. There was never a point that I felt he wasn’t completely transparent or honest with me, and there were no tactics used that made me feel like I was taken advantage of. As a female car buyer, I have unfortunately experienced that in previous car buying experiences. Ben and team were so different and I sincerely appreciated how professional they were. After the paperwork was drafted, Ben and Hunter came directly to my home to get signatures, money, and then gave me a full intro to the cars features. They even brought me a bouquet of roses! This was the easiest and most high-class car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I absolutely recommend Lexus of Milwaukee, Ben and Hunter. They’re top notch, best in class professionals. More
