I was referred to Lexus of Milwaukee, and Ben, by a friend who had recently purchased a Lexus from them. I was impressed by the level of communication Ben provided throughout the buying process. On the day of delivery, we were able to complete the sale/paperwork in less than an hour and I was not "forced" to sit through a high-pressured sales pitch for un-necessary upgrades. On top of that, my wife was surprised with a dozen roses - which was very nice, considering the SUV was an anniversary present. Yes, it was a 4.5 hour trip to Milwaukee.
