Fabulous start to finish I was a walk in...and Ben Kranitz was so helpful...great teacher...explained all issues...asked for questions... Great social skills...and rapport. Ben was fantastic!! I picked out a car the previous day and next day when I returned I had my car out of the lot within 2 hours without signing any papers. Ben came all the way to my house to get the paper and next day when I returned I had my car out of the lot within 2 hours without signing any papers.
