I’ll give Lexus of Milwaukee a 4.5 Star Rating. Past few years, they give me outstanding service on my 2015 RX350 - purchased it from another dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from LOM. People are very accommodating. Covid obviously has altered many of the ways we used to interact and communicate. But we found a way. HORRIBLE! Lexus of Milwaukee will do and say anything to get you in the door. They entice you with what will be this big "VIP Experience" and then once you're there go back on everything you were told. I get you in the door. They entice you with what will be this big "VIP Experience" and then once you're there go back on everything you were told. I was all set up a week in advance to go look at specific cars. I was confirmed, sent photos of said cars, etc. My husband works 16+ hour days, 7 days a week so I made it clear that if we made the hour drive that we were serious about going home with a car that day and to please not waste our time. We show up for our appointment and it was FAR from "VIP." They had sold the cars I was supposed to look at earlier in the week. Couldn't that have been told to me when my appointment was confirmed? The original salesman we were supposed to meet with pawned us off with his associate who gave us the keys for a test drive (of a used, different car) and didn't give any information about the vehicle at all. Then wanted to talk numbers. We had two trade ins, one we wanted to sell either way and one we were willing to keep and not buy a new car. They offered to buy our 1 car outright, or if we purchased a new vehicle with them they would give us 1k more for that car. Since they didn't have the car in stock, we didn't sign any paperwork. We went home and I felt sick to my stomach about the whole experience. My husband said he didn't feel good about it either so we decided to go ahead and sell the car to them (that they kept over the weekend knowing we were going to sell it to them either way.) When I called on Monday, I was told they would no longer purchase the car from us now that we weren't purchasing a new car from them. NOT WHAT WAS TOLD TO US THAT SATURDAY. I spoke with the General Manager, who was apologetic and offered to send me $300 for what we went through and wasting our time. THEN I GET A LEGAL DOCUMENT they sent and want me to sign releasing them of any wrong doing and stating I will not tell the truth online. I have attached the email thread. I told Malik, the General Manager, that bribery is illegal and they cannot buy my silence. As of today, I have not received said check. More

Ben, who took my cold call, was very attentive to our search for a specific vehicle model we needed to tow our boat and still provide a good highway ride. Although the inventory on hand was limited, Ben search for a specific vehicle model we needed to tow our boat and still provide a good highway ride. Although the inventory on hand was limited, Ben provided options of arriving vehicles but was still very helpful in providing the contrasts for us to make a choice. Moreover, Ben made 2 out of town trips to us for completion of the purchase and installation of accessories that were not available at the time of delivery. We were exceptionally pleased with Ben’s service! More
