We originally came to test drive a Lexus UX and then came back a second time to look at a used and new NX. We spent time looking at various NX 300's with the help of Ben Kranitz. We never felt rushed or pressured by either Ben or John Ferrito. They were both pleasant, friendly, patient and knowledgeable as were the others that we had contact with on our visit. All in all it was a "NO hard sell" good experience that resulted in a purchase of a 2020 NX 300. More
