I live in Chicago and after extensively searching for my next car, I found it at Lexus of Milwaukee. Great condition, very well equipped, L-Certified, and a very fair price; what else could you ask for? Since my first inquiry, Ben made it as simple for me as possible. I was able to communicate however was convenient for me - over phone, email, text - and he was always very responsive. When the big day came in for me to make the 90 mile drive, Ben made it easier than I could imagine. My shiny new (used) car was ready and waiting for me at the front of the dealership. Finance went smooth with Brett, and Sarah gave me an excellent demo of all the tech features. All in all, Ben and all the folks at the dealership upheld the hospitality and customer service reputation Lexus is known for. More
