Very disappointed with the service department. I want to start by saying the salesman was great. He was helpful, professional, and made the purchasing process a good experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been the complete opposite. I purchased a brand-new vehicle that had issues, and despite bringing the problem to the dealership, it was never properly resolved. The most frustrating part was dealing with Service Manager Cody. After multiple attempts to get the issue addressed, the problem was still not fixed, and eventually, communication simply stopped. Rather than working with me to find a resolution, I was essentially left without answers or follow-up. When you purchase a brand-new vehicle, you expect the dealership to stand behind it and take care of problems when they arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Parkway Nissan’s service department. The salesman deserves credit for his part of the experience, but the way the service department handled the situation has left me extremely disappointed. More

Also, Mark Smith has been super helpful going forward with matters like tracking down items that I left in my old truck and so forth. Hats off to Parkway Nissan! They might be far from my home, but I will go back because of their integrity and excellent service. More
