Purchased a Sierra EV. They were very good with my trade in values and Ed was awesome to deal with as a sales representative. However, READ THE FINE PRINT - after revie They were very good with my trade in values and Ed was awesome to deal with as a sales representative. However, READ THE FINE PRINT - after reviewing final cost sheet there were two items added that increased the price of the vehicle $1500 dollars (and were not added as line-items to the sale, just added to overall price); Allstate Theft Warrantee coverage (not insurance, thus making it non-cancellable), which gives you $3K coverage for a $100K truck! - cost $399 and Appearance Protection Gold for with an exception list longer than the what is covered list - cost $995. These are slipped into 21 different documents you sign as you process your paperwork electronically. They made the Appearance Protection sound like it was included - yes it was, it was ADDED to the Window Sticker cost. Also have them make copies of the your trade-in(s) Title after transfer. You will need that copy as part returning or transferring plates for the PA RMV, and their MV-1 form only has a slot for one trade-in. I have full coverage for replacement of the vehicle if stolen or otherwise lost. It is MY bad that I did not take the time to read each of the 21 documents. DON'T make the same mistake. More
