Purchased a new Accord Hybrid from Regal Honda and could not have been more impressed with my sales experience. He made it so simple to purchase, and even the finance team felt pressure free in financing and completing the sale. I did also have to return a couple weeks later to pick up some accessories which were out of stock when I purchased the vehicle, and encountered Jordan while Ben was out that day. He too, even though I was not in as a potential sale, was extremely friendly, patient, and thorough in helping me with what was needed. Very impressed that I wasn’t treated as just a lead, but that their customer service post purchase was just as exceptional as if I was a shopper. Absolutely stellar sales experience, and would highly recommend bringing your business here if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Worth the visit even though several dealers were more proximate to me. More
