I worked with Josh, Nate, Benjamin, and Ian and they were all very helpful and made my experience unforgettable. Josh took his time explaining the gadgets my truck has when I took it for a test drive and was all very helpful and made my experience unforgettable. Josh took his time explaining the gadgets my truck has when I took it for a test drive and was patient when going over numbers. Nate personally introduced himself and gave me more information about the trucks they had and went over interest rates with me and my mom. He made sure all my questions were answered and was very professional. Benjamin took over the next visit to get the ball rolling on paper work and he was very considerate with my time after letting him know I was on a time crunch. He tried his hardest to get everything going and was very personable. When we couldn’t get everything done before I had to leave they told me they would stay later so I can come back after work and finish off the process and go home with my dream truck! While I was at work they got the truck detailed and filled my tank. Ian then helped me finalize my paperwork and took extra time explaining everything to my understanding and let me know I could reach out anytime if I ever had any questions. At the end Josh and Benjamin when over on star and how to use the different screens on the truck along with going over the my Chevrolet app. They were all so patient with me and helped me get my 2024 Colorado!
