Ben Henry was our main point of contact and is the primary reason for the five-star review. He was attentive and easy to work with and always responded pretty quickly. He showed us the features of the car in the time we had available and made sure we knew we could contact him with any future questions we might have. Art also did a fine job getting the finance documents and other registration documents done. One strange matter was that on the website it showed an option for delivery for a fee of $495 to our zip code, but in communicating with Ben the delivery fee would have been an estimated $1,000 to $1,500, so we elected to fly in and pick up the car personally. The website should be updated to reflect higher delivery fees. Two matters that are probably unavoidable but somewhat annoying are 1: All dealerships I assume stick their logo decal on the back corner of the trunk, I wish they wouldn't do that. Now I have to consider whether I want to go to a detailer and try to have it removed, and 2: I assume all dealerships try to upsell you on the additional warranties. I am an accountant and am well versed in the matters of risk management and when I say we are fine assuming the risk of only having the limited manufacturer warranty I wish that would be accepted at face value and not have to listen and respond for 30 more minutes as they try to convince me otherwise. Addie was polite and respectful in the presentation of the additional warranties, but it seemed to go on forever. The more the additional warranties are pushed, the more I am convinced that gobs of money are made off of those additional warranties. Other than those matters, everything else went smoothly. We wanted some spider stripes on the front hood which they were able to order and install before we arrived in town. I would recommend Reliable Chevrolet to everyone with the caveat of the matters discussed previously. More
