I purchased my car November 2024 Nissan Rogue at that time they promise on a contract that I will get four oil changes and two wheels rotation. I was just at the dealer in Elgin on. May 27, 2026 for my t time they promise on a contract that I will get four oil changes and two wheels rotation. I was just at the dealer in Elgin on. May 27, 2026 for my third and free oil change well to my surprise I get the oil change and they charge me $65.21. I was very upset because I shouldn’t have to pay for that oil change tire rotation which I did not had it done. It was going to be $34.95. I am very disappointed and will contact the Better Business Bureau and the corporate office for Nissan. Very upsetting and I will never recommend anyone to buy a Nissan. You guys do not keep your word. It’s not my problem that it was bought by another company If this problem does not get resolved, I will reach to the media, i’m looking to get a refund for that oil change and obtain my fourth and last oil change tire rotation before November 29, 2026 the end of my two years RO # 4304 Tag 239 Hope to hear from you soon More
