Tomareo was incredible from the moment he greeted us. He took the time to genuinely understand what I was looking for, and as I explained my needs, he immediately understood exactly what I wanted. He was warm, cordial, helpful, and extremely informative without ever making us feel pressured. He went above and beyond by helping me set up my phone with the car and personalize my driver settings. He also made sure the entire process stayed efficient. We were in and out in under three hours, which I really appreciated. Dillon also deserves a huge thank you. He took the time to sit down and talk with us and made us feel like our concerns were genuinely heard. He was understanding, fair, and straightforward throughout the process. It was clear that he cared about making sure we were comfortable with the deal rather than simply trying to make a sale. Beth was fantastic as well. She worked hard to find us the best deals she could on everything and never made us feel like we were being backed into a corner. There was no unnecessary pressure or aggressive sales pitch. She explained the available protections clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and her knowledge really stood out. We felt like we could make informed decisions because she took the time to explain everything. This was my first time buying a new car, so I went into the experience with my guard up and was prepared to be cautious. However, Tomareo and everyone at Hiley Hyundai completely changed that feeling. From the beginning, they made us feel welcome, respected, and comfortable.
