I’ve always had great customer service with Toyota, and was a little worried that Subaru wouldn’t live up to that standard. To my surprise, I had an excellent buying experience! My saleswoman, Beth, was friendly, responsive, honest and low pressure. These traits made my purchase easy and even enjoyable! She helped me find the package that met my needs and my budget. I visited probably close to ten dealerships in the area and sat in cars in the showrooms to narrow down the list of cars to test drive. Subaru won my business! Beautiful vehicles and fun to drive! Morrie’s in Minnetonka was welcoming, relaxed and comfortable. They had a nice refreshment area that was well-maintained and well-stocked. Beth was relaxed, kind, and patient with us during our decision making process. I never felt uncomfortable, rushed, or like I was a bother to her or any of the staff. I highly recommend Subaru, this dealership, and working with Beth! More
