Super disappointed on this. Contacted Beth to discuss a Crosstrek that was on the lot. 9300 miles on a base level Crosstrek from 2019. She answered all the questions we had. Contacted Beth to discuss a Crosstrek that was on the lot. 9300 miles on a base level Crosstrek from 2019. She answered all the questions we had. We come up to see this, and my husband notices the car has hail damage, all over the roof and hood. Beth seemed genuinely surprised and contacted a manager. Beth was professional in this situation, but I cannot say the same for the Manager, or the dealership. The fact we drove an hour to see the car, and this was not disclosed at any point. Very disappointing. I think the worse part was the manager which made us go from 'buy happy' to 'screw this place' in the blink of a eye. Honestly we do not blame Beth on this, but the dealership. We wiIll never use this place in the future. More
