The problem started when the finance manager, Josh had to switch us from Colorado plates/registration to Florida. Since we paid extra for the higher out of state plate costs he promised us a refund of approximately $2,200. After he exhausted his powers getting the check he referred me to their title clerk. After leaving her four unreturned messages over a period in excess of a week, I asked the phone receptionist for anyone who would actually pick up the phone that could help. She gave me a title clerk from another store who once again failed to get results. Since then have left two messages on the link on their website and even an email for the Sales Manager Brian Tinsley and not one reply. A dealership that only is responsive when they want to sell you in the vehicle, is worthless in my opinion. More

This place is not reputable. Bought a pre-owned car. It was obviously not inspected. Car overheated on day 6. Upon being repaired at the BMW dealership they found the rear br Bought a pre-owned car. Sent a video of the inspection as they said if they were less than 3 they would pay. Also note you will be stuck with there finance company which is about two points higher. More
