Service center did a very poor job in diagnosing the issue with my car, took a full 24 hours until they told me that the issue with the car was not repairable, and I had to come pick it up. There was ap issue with my car, took a full 24 hours until they told me that the issue with the car was not repairable, and I had to come pick it up. There was apparently a recall on the car which was not mailed out, and therefore they did not have a repair until the recall was official. The service center agent lied to me about that, it took that I talked to three different people to find out that answer. Please stay away from this place and don’t ever buy a jeep. More
