If you want to be humiliated and talked down to...this is the place. They offered 1/2 of what both NADA and KELLY Bluebook indicates as a fair trade and a 2/3 of a rough trade...3000 to be exact on a 5 year old 8000 dollar car! They finally came up to 4K and argued that my title is savages cause I only had the lean release from my bank and had a touch up on the side of the car. Clean carfax!!! After 2 days of back and forth and driving 80 miles each way. I sat in front of an arrogant and totally unprofessional finance manager who at first nice quickly turned angry when challenged on the vehicles finance charge. First the car was advertised as 27k miles. When I finally test drove it minutes before the finance guy, it had 30K miles plus. He then wanted me to pay 6% interest with my 760 credit score! And said you can always refinance...a jokester! Another guy came in who just got out of college and said this is a good rate. I told him, one of your customer in the waiting room just told me he got 3% on a used car. And that you refused a cash payment!! He took the deal cause Boch didn't want him to pay cash and cause of his good credit it helped the company improve their credit approval for those other people with 600 credit scores. The college kid called him a liar! Can you believe this?! I finally got up, and had enough! Told them I will be happy to add to this company's reputation from the negative. And I will! Consumer protection of Mass? Oh yeah! Social media? Definitely! Yelp? Here it is! Posters at work? xxxx yeah! You profiled me and you treated me like a number. Now meet the human being behind this! Terrible car buying experience Let me start by saying that I have never in my life written a review but the treatment I received at Boch Honda was so bad that it warranted one. My h Let me start by saying that I have never in my life written a review but the treatment I received at Boch Honda was so bad that it warranted one. My husband and I found a car we really liked for a good price so we decided to make the 1 hr journey to Norwood. When we got there we were given a Salesman who introduced himself to us as Spooner...yes that was his name. Anyways, from the onset, Spooner was friendly but insisted on telling us about his multiple girlfriends and even felt the need to share with my husband a picture of a text from one of those said girlfriends of a negative pregnancy test. Yay?.. I guess? The unprofessionalism continued in the car when Spooner was zoned out texting on his phone, although on the plus side of this, my husband and I were able to talk things out. Despite the odd sales experience, we decided that the car was a great fit and we wanted to go for it. Here’s where things got REALLY interesting. We had asked Spooner to take care of a few exterior things- a stain in the backseat and multiple scrapes and dings on the outside (it was a previous rental car in NYC). Spooner agreed and promised to have everything taken care of when we were to come back in two days... Two days later we show up to get the car. Our salesman is there in his street clothes and explained the car would be another 10-15 min but he “checked on it that morning and everything was great”. He explained he had to leave to go play golf. So here we are sitting waiting for our already paid for car. Finally after a half hour someone gets us and we see that in fact NONE of the repairs that were promised were done. Not even attempted. I had to find the sales manager and explain the problem again. He got rid of the backseat stain that day but told me that he did not have the exterior paint in stock and so we’d have to come back AGAIN to get the car finished. The sales manger told my husband it would “probably be a couple of days” so reluctantly we drove it home and now have to wait until some undetermined date for the scratches to get repaired. I’m not sure why we were told to come back two days later when it’s clear that absolutely nothing was done to the car. We also have found all the paperwork from the last owner including her address and personal information. I feel like was the car even assessed at all? It is supposedly “certified pre-owned”. Anyways I think the bottom line is when I got to a car dealership I expect pushy sales but I also expect to be treated with dignity and professionalism. We were blatantly lied to and the issue remains pending. More

Dealership driven by management goals not customer satisfac We ended up going here because if the vehicle we wanted was there. (A used car with low mileage and “reasonable” price) I gotta say the salesperson wa We ended up going here because if the vehicle we wanted was there. (A used car with low mileage and “reasonable” price) I gotta say the salesperson was really nice and really wanted to satisfy the customer yet. The manager made my purchase very painful, we spent 5 hrs going on and on about the vehicle. It wasn’t certified when it couldn’t have been it. He played the game of let me go check like 5 times, or the Im not sure answer. Lots of mistakes in their responses, they would only give me the car if I bought it through their bank. Which at first seemed fair. They said they would do 60 months for 2.45 interest rate and at the end when we were ready to sign papers they said oh I’m sorry it’s actually 2.99. They offered to give me the difference between what my bank was giving me 2.85 but still lots of errors. I was more upset when I saw in the envelope that the car was purchased for 9980$, when we were paying 15300 for a car that needed oil changes and new tires. The car had the rear bumper lose. Which he thought at first needed to be repaired but refused to give me a new one, after several discussions we realized it could be adjusted and yet Billy was not willing to guarantee that it would be fixed, again at his own dealership with the best mechanics he could have. At the end of the day the car was fixed and things were fine when we went to pick it up, but wished they had please the customer more instead of making them feel like the dealership is on the driver seat which should never be the case if you are buying a vehicle.
