Jason Brown has to be the most knowledgeable and professional sale person I've ever worked with. I received a call from him on Friday and on Saturday morning I drove away from a dealership in a new car. My wife was suppose to leave for the airport in the morning and didn't have time to stop by and sign paperwork to "release" our old lease in order to trade it in for a new one. Jason asked her to come in just for a few minutes, but she was really worried that she may miss the flight if she goes to the dealership, because usually it take forever for the buying process. To her surprise it took their finance person not more then 5 minutes to get everything in order and pass us the key! We were shocked by the professionalism of these guys! Thank you! More

Great experience with Mike DeGuida! Mike was a great salesman! He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained every button, knob and feature on the car before I went for a Mike was a great salesman! He was very kind and honest and had no problem walking us through the entire car shopping process with a smile on his face. Mike was very patient throughout the negotiating process and I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed. Mike, Bill and James were incredibly friendly and helpful and I am so pleased with the treatment that I received at Faulkner Toyota! I ended up driving away in a new Corolla and I couldn't be happier. Car shopping was not something I was looking forward to at all, but to be honest, I can't wait to come back in another two years to work with Mike again! I would definitely refer him to anyone! More

He took the time to explain all of the details of my new lease and he also demonstrated all of the different features of the 2014 Corolla before I drove it out of the dealership. Mike understood that it was important for me to keep within my budget, and he was able to get me a good price for my new lease. Mike was great to work with and I never felt pressured or rushed to sign the new lease, as you do at some dealerships. I also want to thank Patty Kleber, Internet Sales Manager, who was great in responding to my phone calls and e-mails these past few weeks concerning my end of lease options. She also provided me with information on a new lease for a few of the different 2014 Toyota models that I was interested in possibly leasing. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My niece previously purchased a car through Patty because of my recommendation, and I will continue to recommend Faulkner Toyota to my family and friends. I would also like to thank Bill Blythe in Finance Department for going over and explaining all of the financial details and options of my new lease. I look forward to working with Mike, Patty and Bill on car #4 when my lease expires in 3 years!!!! More
