Transmission failure on a 2019 Tahoe with under 50,000 miles I put on it. The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the excitement of buying a brand new Tahoe from this dealership - they don't even care. More

I've been coming to what was Don McCue for a few years. General maintenance mostly. My oil changes were always around 65 or 75 dollars. Less if i had a coupon. I was shocked and when I questioned the service manager he replied... "new owners, new price" then walked away. Additionally, I didn't realize it was Napleton until I got there. You have current email addresses of customers. Why not send out a general email telling everyone you're the new owners? Maybe supply a coupon for services. It's a shame. I always went out of my way to get to your dealership. But after this experience I'll probably go elsewhere. More
