I have gone to the dealership for over seven years. I’ve gotten a few lease cards and my car that I have now was for me and I bought it out. I get my service at Saint Augustine Nissan. They’re very thorough and keep my car in good shape.. also today we was there Patrick had talked to me for about over 30 minutes about the new Nissan kick was telling me different things about it. It may not be the car for me right now cause I have a 23 kick but he was very friendly and he seemed like he wasn’t pushing me to buy a car and I just appreciate his honesty and professionalism. When I am ready to buy a car or train my car in, I would definitely go to Patrick. More

First scheduled service for a recall I drove almost 2 hrs. to get there. Called the morning of the visit to confirm. When I got there I was told they were unable to do it because of a scheduled close o hrs. to get there. Called the morning of the visit to confirm. When I got there I was told they were unable to do it because of a scheduled close of Nissans computer system for update. No apology nothing. Rescheduled was told as the first the update would take 1 hr. When I got there was told by the same expressionless tech no it would take two hrs at least, they shouldn’t have told you that. While setting inside with 3 other customers, I did not join in but all 3 people complaining intensely about Nissans lack of caring. More

Everyone very helpful and they seem to be happy working at the dealership. Edward spent a lot of time going over stuff about the car and all the different instruments. They approve me for a 2017 car no money down 300 month. I went there Wed at 130 pm until 6pm they told me about 3 times I got the car. So I was waiting it was getting detail and they had my license plate I went there Wed at 130 pm until 6pm they told me about 3 times I got the car. So I was waiting it was getting detail and they had my license plate ready after they kept telling me that it was my car for 5 hrs the guy from finances come out and tell me that I need 1500.down for a new car 600 payments . I was getting a used 2017 car with no money down and 300 month payments. I couldn't afford a new car . They told me over the phone the whole week that I was approve for the used car why would they do this to me. More

I'll fill in "the details" later. Purchased April 14, 2025. I'm still waiting for paid for parts and can't get calls returned or emails responded to. Started April 21, 2025 with tex Purchased April 14, 2025. I'm still waiting for paid for parts and can't get calls returned or emails responded to. Started April 21, 2025 with texts requesting whereabouts of paid for items, answers where not very confident. May 2, 2025 - after confirmation items were in and available; I inform them of my intentions to pick-up the items. May 3, 2025 - only 3 of the 6 items were actually available, remaining 3 were either backordered or on the way. Turns out, some not even ordered. 3 other items (not part of above), were available but needed installed. I was told, not a problem, we can do it right now. I said fine, went home got the vehicle and came back. Then disaster strikes - I'll fill those details in later. May 5, 2025 I send an email to General Sales Manager listing off paid for items I'd like to know when to be delivered, fixes made, or refund including taxes and interest loan charges. Heard back May 7, 2025 I was basically told I'd have to pay for repairs and other items I asked for. I was floored. Then refusal to fix what they did wrong or offer a refund. Here's a funny, they said they'd fix their "poor workmanship" (their words) if I paid for it. I asked again for ETA of paid for items/repairs. May 9, 2025 I went on their website and clicked "Tell It To Bill". It was a sale tool, I heard from a salesman, and I haven't heard from Bill Cafarella. May 9, 2025 I find out one of the repairs can be accomplished via their mobile repair service. May 14, 2025 I asked when are they available and what's the ETA of other paid for items and when repairs can be made - May 15, 2025 nothing - no Bill, no ETA, no repairs, no refunds. I'm not the villain here. Being mislead leads me down a dark path of mistrust, lack of confidence, and lack of faith. Frustrating lack of communication. More
