Great help in my time of need! I was rear-ended on the interstate and my car was totaled. My husband is finishing up medical school and I am in my second year as an elementary school teacher, with debt still being paid off from college. Our budget was tight, but we wanted a reliable car. I searched for car dealerships in the area and read reviews on Valley Honda, which convinced me to come in and check it out. I met with Kelly after work and couldn't have worked with a more friendly and upbeat person! Kelly gave me great customer service, as well as the other members at Valley Honda. They were willing to do whatever was needed to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and took care of concerns I had, especially with my husband being away. We have now had our Elantra for a month and are highly pleased with the vehicle and so thankful for it! Thank you Kelly and Valley Honda! More

Best Service Around!!! I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a big I wasn't really looking to purchase a new vehicle but I had a 2008 Honda Civic that I had purchased at Valley Honda several years ago and needed a bigger vehicle that would help me get through the snow with winter approaching. I looked at the used inventory of CR-V's at Valley and didn't see anything that I was interested in so I went to Maryland to look at a vehicle that I found online. I also drove a new CR-V while I was there and fell in love with It but didn't want to buy something out of state. It was a long day and I didn't have a good experience at the dealerships I visited and I came back home feeling upset and uninterrested in continuing to look for a vehicle. I knew it was a long shot to even consider looking at new vehicles and financing, but I thought what the heck and I called Bill at Valley on my lunch break that Monday following my car shopping weekend. I explained my credit situation and asked if he could check financing for me on a new vehicle. He stated that he had all of my information from when I bought my Civic and also when I had service work done there. He told me he would look things over and call me by the end of the day. He texted me later that afternoon letting me know that it was highly likely that I could finance one with payments within my range. I couldn't believe it. There was no way that I would be able to get financed. To make a long story short, Valley Honda got me financed, within my price range for payments, and literally had all of the paperwork ready when I got there after work. They gave me more for my trade than anyone else, and I felt like I was in a dream!!! I have never owned a new car in my life and here I was getting ready to drive home in a brand new 2016 CR-V!! To say that I love Valley Honda is an understatement. Bill and Kevin were extremely helpful!! Igor took time to show me my new vehicle and all of the options and buttons and we went for a test drive. I was not even there when most of this all took place, yet I was able to leave work that day and have my brand new car waiting for me and all of the paperwork ready. Everyone at Valley Honda was exceptional!!! Great service, outstanding people, and customer service that is beyond any dealership around!!! Valley has my loyalty and I should have never started out by going to another dealership in another state! Thank you Kevin, Bill, and Igor for all of your help and for putting me in the car of my dreams!! You truly gave me freedom by having a loan in just my name and it wasn't just about buying a new car... It was about financial freedom from still owning a vehicle with my ex husband. I am forever grateful to all of you and am enjoying my new ride very much! Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart! ? More

Bill and Bruce were very personable and we all laughed and joked throughout the entire process. I was prepared to spend the entire day there after I made the decision to purchase the CRV but I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient the finance process was. The follow up since the purchase has been exceptional from both Bill and Honda. I will and have already recommended them to others. More
