Thanks Frank! Love my new Tiguan! Frank Valle is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. He listened very carefully when I told him what kind of vehicle and features I w Frank Valle is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. He listened very carefully when I told him what kind of vehicle and features I wanted. He showed me only vehicles that met my needs and didn’t try to steer me to other models. He demonstrated all the vehicle features and explained the differences between the several Tiguan trim levels and pricing. He was very patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns when I was comparing and contrasting several vehicles. I felt he was very honest throughout the selection process and his calm demeanor made me less stressed while making my decision. Frank came in on his day off to make sure my vehicle was prepped properly and he installed upgraded floor mats and connected my cell phone to the car’s Bluetooth system. As a result of Frank’s professionalism and genuine concern about my satisfaction, I was very comfortable about my decision and I am thrilled with my new Tiguan! I have already given Frank’s business card to two friends and I will continue to recommend him and the entire Overturf sales and service staff. More
