High praise for the best car buying experience Where do I even begin in justifying this five star rating for my experience at Overturf? After having a baby, my trusty yet hard-driven Hyundai began Where do I even begin in justifying this five star rating for my experience at Overturf? After having a baby, my trusty yet hard-driven Hyundai began to show signs of a dwindling life span. My search for a more reliable, and much safer, chariot for my new baby brought me to Bill Keough at Overturf Volkswagen Audi Kia, and now I will never buy a car from anyone else ever again. After the car that I initially showed interest in was sold, Bill turned my eye to a beautiful Kia Optima that, due to my not-quite-good-enough credit, I was not approved for. But that did not stop Bill. He was diligent and determined to find a vehicle that I could get approved for. Now I’ll say that I have heard some horror stories of car salesman only trying to meet a quota and make a buck and not really have any care or concern for their customer; but this is not the case with Bill. I never once felt as if he was just trying to meet a quota. Throughout the entire process I felt cared for and knew that he had my absolute best interest at heart. He took every aspect into account while searching for the perfect vehicle for me; from my monthly budget to the features that I desired to the safest possible car for the most precious cargo in my life. When Bill called me on Monday afternoon to tell me that he found me a car, I just about cried with excitement. I have never bought a brand new car before, but I have bought cars with less than desirable experiences. Bill restored my faith and solidified himself as my #1 car guy for life. More
