Impossible to get a phone call in to schedule an appointment or to an ask a technical question. I have 2 EVs and they don't know many answers anyway about those. Further, it takes weeks to get an appointment or to an ask a technical question. I have 2 EVs and they don't know many answers anyway about those. Further, it takes weeks to get an appointment , even if you manage to get through on the phone. Sometimes this is ok, but often, it means you cannot drive your car for weeks, even thought the fix is quick and simple. More
