Everything in the sales process was excellent, however they did not cancel the old Kia Connect account and were very slow in scheduling the Ceramic coating. We stopped at the dealership to just look. Bill was very easygoing, not pushy at all We felt like he was being honest when he told us that the new cars were not staying long. I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles both new and used with no complaints on either price or product. I have had them all serviced there and have nothing but praise for that department. Bill was great from the start. Wasn't pushy, listened and explained the vehicle shortage. Was pretty accurate on when the car would be in. The closing went smoothly.
