Bill Reichert was an amazing salesman!!! After having a terrible experience with Toyota of Brunwick, Ohio we met with Bill Reichert of Montrose Kia. He was very attentive and receptive of ou After having a terrible experience with Toyota of Brunwick, Ohio we met with Bill Reichert of Montrose Kia. He was very attentive and receptive of our high expectations. We had our eye on a very nice hybrid optima but after speaking with the first finance manager we were told there was no way we could afford the car we wanted. The very next day Bill went out of his way to bring in his general manager to re work the numbers for a result that would work for us both. After being treated so poorly at Toyota of Brunswick it was more than refreshing to see how customer service driven Bill Reichert of Montrose Kia really is. We could not be more pleased with Bill and our new car! We will be looking to purchase a second car from him in the future. More
