Finally Done🎉 After numerous attempts to have items fixed on my vehicle, they have done it. When I made the 9am appointment I was skeptical as this was the first t After numerous attempts to have items fixed on my vehicle, they have done it. When I made the 9am appointment I was skeptical as this was the first time they didn’t have me leave the car and give me a loaner. I was told it would only take and hour. When I checked in I let Bill Savage, the Service Advisor who took care of me, know that I had to be in Lombard by 11:15 and I was told the service would only take an hour. He said he would let the technicians know. Shortly after the hour had passed I went to him to see how much longer it might take and he was already working on my paperwork and handed me my keys and told me I could go before he finished up. All is well. Only complaint is that, again it was a wait to be checked in as there was only one service advisor inside. Bill had come in from garage to take care of me. More
