If it woudl let me give 0 stars i would. Took truck in for a "tune up". it was clear that they rushed through the process. oil cap left off, old spark plug left by wiper blades. a few wee Took truck in for a "tune up". it was clear that they rushed through the process. oil cap left off, old spark plug left by wiper blades. a few weeks after the "tune up" that included a transmission flush I blew a transmission line hauling an empty trailer on the interstate on cruise control. the truck is a 2021 with 70k miles with no prior issues. Damaged transmission and had to replace. Dealership stated it was "highly unlikely" that their service had anything to do with it. In my mind that is debatable. Will not use Barker again. Bill Shoemaker in the service department was 10 stars good. I cannot speak highly enough about him. Unfortunately he works for a company that I will no longer do business with. More
