The entire experience from start to finish was great. Bill did a great job of providing all the necessary information, and was not pushy in any way for me to complete the purchase that day. After looking at the other vehicle, it was ultimately the service I received from Bill Stevenson and the Crown team from the initial interactions, and thereafter that helped make my decision. I completed the purchase remotely with ease, and Bill drove the car over 3 hours to me, and picked up my trade so that I didn’t have to drive back to Dublin to complete the purchase. I have never had a smoother transaction, nor more professional service than I did with Bill and the Crown team. I recommended Bill to several family members during Christmas dinner; he is that good.
