What Just Happened? Did I just buy a new car? What the heck, right? So my wife and I replied and went in Monday morning just to check it out. There we met Tony Walker, a quiet confident, knowledgeable young lady as our Sales Rep. Well, we left four hours later with a brand new 2018 Highlander ! Want to know the best part? We didn't feel like we'd just been in a fight when we left. What an outstanding experience! Maybe because we were returning customers. Maybe our trade in was in excellent shape. We've simply never had an experience quite like today. No pressure. No nonsense. Our questions were answered. They showed us the vehicles we wanted to see and Tanya accompanied us on a test drive. When it came time to do business, the first offer they made was excellent and we bought! The Finance Rep handled all the paperwork, discussed a few options and again no nonsense, no pressure. We highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. Be sure to ask for Tonya. I went in knowing what car I wanted, I also knew my trade-in was going to have negative equity just not as much as it turned out to be. I shared my story, my needs, my wants very simply and he said, "we will take care of you" and they did. I was beyond surprised and while I was excited about my new car and having that weight lifted, I called friends and spoke more about how well they treated me more than anything else. So long as I am living in Charleston, I will be going to them for everything and am so happy that the car I wanted was through them. More

Spending these amounts of money can be very stressful for the customer and Matt took very good care of us - we kept him there until 10:30 at night completing the deal and he still sent us a text to make sure we got home safe.
