He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me. It was late on a Friday night and he stayed late to fast track the paperwork. When I picked up the car he was willing to spend as much time as required to teach me the ins and outs of driving a hybrid. The car was freshly cleaned with a full tank of gas. I called Chris a week later concerning a minor problem and he personally had it taken care of quickly. Thanks Chris!! More
