Normally I do the whole "haggling" and "dealing" but this time around I just didn't have the energy. It's a good thing I got Kenny. He was laid back, easy going, not pushy, and all around the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. If you are tired of dealing with your not so friendly dealers then I would recommend Kenny. He is young, educated, and cares. I didn't have to say 10x what I didn't want and did want. He just wrote down our needs and found the car we wanted. I highly recommend him. If you have the option use Bill in Finance. He was easy going and said it how it was. I don't like confusing financial talk. Bill kept it simple and was great to work with. More

Purchased 2005 Highlander We found the 2005 Highlander on the Fred Anderson website. We had been working with the Fred Anderson Toyota in Columbia SC , where we live. We were looking for a clean low mileage vehicle for our daughter. I spoke with Danny Marflake on the phone and we basically worked a deal out on the phone. We all drove to Charleston to look at and drive the Highlander. It was in GREAT shape and drove wonderfully according to my daughter. Danny was a pleasure to work with. Very easy going and up front about everything. Not pushy!!! He had the vehicle full of gas, clean and shiny, ready to go when we arrived. Bill Utnick did a great job taking care of the financing. He went the extra mile getting a lower interest rate for the older vehicle. Every employee we encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly.
